WE NOW SHIP OUR OWN CONTAINERS DIRECT TO THE PHILIPPINES.
During the worst covid-19 lock downs in California, September of 2020 thieves broke into the California warehouse. They stole a few balikbayan boxes and damaged the warehouse. IPS paid the people that lost their box. This is not the fault of IPS, but they paid anyway, it is the fault of the thieves that did this. Additional security was put in the California warehouse, but, because of this incident we switched to a different warehouse.
Soon we grew to be able to ship our own containers.
Every major balikbayan box company has had more losses in their history than IPS.
Since this one incident in the past none of our customers have lost their boxes and we have taken the appropriate steps to protect our customers boxes.
The California warehouse theft may be directly related to de-funding the police, but what matters is that we took action to protect our customers boxes.
