Balikbayan Box Drop Off Instructions
Bring Your Box To Us Safely For Everyone
Step 1. Call 270-537-5572 or TEXT 502-825-0499 and set up an appointment to bring your boxes to us.
Step 2. Click on Invoice Form at the top of the page and fill out all of the information completely.
Include zip code in US and in Philippines, include phone number and email for the Philippines address.
Filling out the Invoice Form online helps to speed up the process, it helps to be legible when we code your boxes for tracking, it helps because you don't have to touch pens or clipboards or forms. It really helps smooth the process of receiving your boxes. When you fill out the online Invoice Form filling in your name at the bottom of the form is your signature.
Step 3. Bring your boxes to 7442 N Jackson Hwy. Magnolia Ky. (Corner lot, we have medical gloves and wipes just ask if you need to wear gloves) and we can get your boxes out of your vehicle or we can let you get the boxes out and then when you get back in your car we will then come and dolly your boxes to get them tagged and ready for shipment.
Step 4. Pay for your shipping with cash, check or credit card.
