AXP LOGO Cargo is more than just a balikbayan box and remittance service provider; it is an emblem of Filipino unity and connection. Each box represents a labor of love, filled with gifts and promises that bring families closer together. It's about cherishing every box as an opportunity to strengthen bonds and share common hopes and dreams.
Balikbayan boxes symbolize more than just a container - they represent a pledge, a present, and a valuable opportunity to connect with family members separated by great distances. The arrival of a balikbayan box is a highly awaited and joyous occasion. The Balikbayan box trade emerged alongside the influx of Filipino migrants to North America, East Asia, the Middle East, and Europe in the 1980s, as determined individuals sought improved job prospects and established fresh beginnings in their new homelands. Despite their hectic schedules, overseas Filipinos always make time to remember their families back home, sending back souvenirs from their hard work abroad. This practice eventually led to the growth of a multi-billion peso industry.
Even in today's world of online shopping and quick deliveries, the Filipino custom of sending a balikbayan box remains a beloved tradition. While chocolates from the store are nice, there's a unique joy in receiving them from a cherished loved one in a balikbayan box sent from afar.
Since its inception in a small garage, AXP LOGO Cargo has always valued customer satisfaction. Their business model revolves around providing exceptional care to each customer, making them a prominent player in the balikbayan box industry. Despite the advancements of the digital age, AXPB LOGO Cargo has adapted and evolved to ensure a seamless and efficient experience when it comes to sending and receiving balikbayan boxes.
AXP LOGO Cargo completely transformed the industry by pioneering the concept of customer to customer service aka door-to-door pick-up and delivery services, even in the face of technological constraints. Prior to this innovation, individuals had to endure the arduous task of transporting heavy Balikbayan boxes through airports or visiting cargo company offices. Not only was this process incredibly time-consuming, but it also took a toll on customers physically. Understanding the inconvenience, AXP LOGO Cargo set out to offer a seamless solution that prioritized customer convenience while maintaining high-quality service. Through their commitment to secure and expedited delivery, AXP LOGO Cargo ensured that customers could relish a hassle-free experience when receiving their beloved boxes.
AXP LOGO Cargo has established itself as the unrivaled Balikbayan Box King in the industry by upholding the principles of outstanding customer service, guaranteed security, and swift delivery. With a focus on delivering comprehensive support and maintaining top-notch facilities staffed by a dedicated team, AXP LOGO Cargo is well-prepared to cater to the increasing demands of its customers as it forges ahead into the 21st century. You can. A cheap service has to cut corners somewhere, how else can they keep it cheap? I guess the Filipino workers delivering your boxes are the ones that suffer to make it cheap. We were open for you the entire time of the pandemic, receiving, shipping & delivering your boxes. Everybody loves to save money and there is nothing wrong with that. But always remember that service matters. We are here for you in good times & troubled times. Still accepting your boxes, still shipping and still delivering for you, when your relatives in the Philippines need it most!
I sent more than 1 box, they were delivered on different days. Why?
The shipping associates that we use now, make it their focus to track each box & try to keep boxes together that are going to the same address because it cost them more when they have to go back to the same address, but sometimes separations do happen.
How does PH port authority process containers?
The port authority makes every ship stay in line to drop their containers (first come first serve). The longer you wait to ship your boxes and the route the boxes take to get to the Philippines will determine their place in line.
Are you hiring?
We do not hire, all of the work we need is done by sub-contractors. If you are interested in loading containers, let us know your fee. Please fill out: https://www.balikbayanboxpo.com/contact.html
