📦 Important Reminders
Reminder 1 — Weight Limit: ALL BOXES MUST BE 120 POUNDS OR LESS. Boxes over 120 pounds risk injuring our handlers. Please be kind and considerate of the people handling your shipment.
Reminder 2 — No Ropes: Do not tie ropes around your boxes. Knotted ropes damage other customers' boxes during shipping and handling.
Reminder 3 — No Bulging Boxes: All boxes must be properly closed and flat. Bulging or "buntis" boxes will be charged an additional $50.00 fee. Bulging boxes displace space that could have been used for another customer's shipment.

📦 Boxes weighing more than 120 pounds have a significantly greater chance of causing injury to balikbayan box handlers. Please be kind and considerate — keep your box weight under 120 pounds at all times.
Policy rules (format as a styled warning list):
Overweight boxes will be charged an additional fee or refused at drop-off
Bulging boxes will be charged an additional $50.00 — bulging boxes take space away from another customer's shipment that could have been shipped
Please do not overpack(bulging) or overweight your boxes
